RevCut 3D Terms of Service

By purchasing from RevCut 3D, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

  • RevCut 3D offers 3D printed parts for Sur-Ron and other e-bikes.

  • All products are 3D printed, and minor variations in color, texture, or layer lines are normal and not considered defects.

  • Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final printed item.

Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not entered production or shipped.

Use & Installation

  • RevCut 3D products are intended for off-road or personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

  • Proper installation is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • RevCut 3D is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation or misuse of products.

Materials

  • Products may be printed in PLA or PETG, depending on the item.

  • While materials are selected for durability, products are not indestructible and should be inspected regularly.

Shipping

  • Processing and shipping times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • RevCut 3D is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, product names, and branding used by RevCut 3D are the property of RevCut 3D.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our designs is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • RevCut 3D shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Buyers assume all risks associated with installation and use.

Policy Changes

  • RevCut 3D reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
